AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: PROPERTY ALONG
SPRING STREET IN THE AREA OF SOUTH OAK AND MO. PACIFIC
RAILROAD); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 and 238 OF THE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
A part of the SW~, NE~, Section 30, T-3-N, R-I0-W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly des-
cribed as follows: Beginning at a point that is
328.3' East of the intersection of the East right-
of-way line of Mo-Pac Railroad and the South line
of said NE~, thence run N. 170 36' E. 265.7' to a
point, thence run N. 880 31' E. 37.5' to a point
on the West right-of-way line of Spring Street,
thence run in a southeasterly direction along said
West right-of-way line 255.5' to a point on said
South line of the NE~, thence run West along the
said South line thereof 143.7' to the point of
beginning, containing 0.53 acres, more or less.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-l to R-3
(General Location: Property along Spring Street in the area
of South Oak and Mo. Pacific Railroad).
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning
map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinance~ or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any
such conflict.
