A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY TO EXPAND
GALLOWAY PARK; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: The Mayor, City Attorney, and /or Parks or
Recreation Director are hereby authorized to participate in the
foreclosure sale of the property located at 126 Galloway Circle,
Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Lot 342, Sunnyside Hills Addition, Jacksonville,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
in order to purchase said property for the expansion of Galloway
park.
SECTION TWO: Said authorized agent(s) of the City may
expend up to and including the amount of $3,360.02 for the pur-
chase of said property at the foreclosure sale to be held on
June .1-7 1989.

SECTION THREE: Any Resolution or parts of Resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of said
conflict.
SECTION FOUR: This Resolution shall be in effect from and
after its date of passage.
