AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: PRICE'S MOBILE HOME PARK ON CLOVERDALE
ROAD); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND NUMBER 238 OF THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following pro-
perty be and hereby is changed as indicated:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of the SEV4, Section 36, Township 3 North, Range 11
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner Section 36,
Township 3 North, Range 11 West, proceed along the East
line of said Section 36, South 1 degree, 50 minutes West
1,013.0 feet to the center of the North or West track of
the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence South 56 degrees 13
minutes West 2,494.2 feet along said center line; thence
South 30 degrees 07 minutes East 1,215.05 feet to the
Southeast corner Lot 28, Cloverdale Gardens (unrecorded);
thence South 49 degrees 42 minutes West 413.20 feet along
Cloverdale Road to the point of beginning; thence South 49
degrees 42 minutes West 257.30 feet; thence North 38 degrees
45 minutes West 600.0 feet; thence North 56 degrees 03
minutes 32 seconds East 313.43 feet; thence South 32 degrees
12 minutes East 569.60 feet to the point of beginning, con-
taining 3.83 acres more or less.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-O to R-4.
(General Location: Price's Mobile Home Park, Cloverdale Road,
Jacksonville, Arkansas.)
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map,
should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
