AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: A PARCEL OF LAND
WEST OF SOUTH JAMES AND. SOUTH OF EASTVIEW DRIVE); AMENDING
ORDINANCES NUMBERS 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The zone classification of the following p~o-
perty be and hereby is changed as indicated:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Pa~t of the West Half (WV2) of Section 30, Township 3
North, Range 10 West, Jacksonville, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particula~ly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corne~ of Lot 1, Block 5, of
the Eastview Addition (an addition to the City of
Jacksonville) as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 13,
Pulaski County Courthouse, Little Rock, Arkansas;
thence S 190 32' W, 50.0 feet to the south ~ight of
way line of Nina Street and the point of beginning;
thence along said south right of way, S 700 28' E, 49.6
feet to a curve to the right, a chord bearing and
distance, S 450 32' E, 139.96 feet (~ = 490 52',
Tangent = 77.17 feet, Radius = 166.0 feet, Arc Length
= 144.48 feet); thence continuing along said south
right of way line, S 200 361 E, 221.26 feet to the
NE corner of Lot 60 of Eastview Addition, Phase IV
(an addition to the City of Jacksonville) as reco~ded
in Plat Book 24, Page 72, Pulaski County Courthouse,
Little Rock, Arkansas; thence S 680 111 W, along the
northerly line of said Lot 60, 100.48 feet; thence
N 000 011 E, 182.34 feet; thence S 890 331 W, 331.35
feet; thence N 320 12' E, 87.80 feet; thence N 550
46' W, 347.40 feet; thence N 340 141 E, 64.2 feet to
the south right of way line of Nina Street; thence S
700 28' E, along said south right of way, 429.10 feet
to the point of beginning: Containing 2.23 acres, more
or less.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map,
should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
