AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: PROPERTY ADJOINING 1110 SOUTH
ROAD); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBERS 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY; AND, FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following
pnopenty be and heneby is changed as indicated:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Pant of Tnacts Foun (4) and Five (5) of Taylo~'s
Subdivision of the East one half (E~) of the
Northeast one quanten (NEV4) of the Southeast one
quanten (SEV4) of Section Thirty (30) Township
Three Nonth (T-3-N), Range Ten West (R-I0-W),

SECTION TWO: That the map nefenned to in Section 601 of
Ondinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Ankansas, as
amended by Ondinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map,
should be and heneby is amended to the extent and in the nespects
necessany to effect and designate the changes pl10vided fo~ in
Section One theneof.
SECTION THREE: It being necessary to pnotect the public
health, safety, and welfare, it is hereby declaned that an
emergency exists and this Ordinance shall be in fonce and take
effect immediately upon its passage.
SECTION FOUR: That all Ordinances on pants of Ondinances
in conflict herewith ane heneby nepealed to the extent of any
such conflict.
