ORDINANCE NO. 923 (#3-90)
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, (GENERAL LOCATION: Pant of Plot 5, Air Force Base Main
Gate Development Area lying South of Nixon Stneet and North of
Pan~ish Street); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND NUMBER 238
OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following pnoperty
be and hereby is changed as indicated, upon the condition that
the attached contract is executed between the City of
Jacksonville and Pal?l?ish Street Partne17s, the owners of the pl?O-
perty, said agreement being incorponated herein by ~eference and
made a part of this ordinance as if set out herein word for wand:
All that pant of Plot 5, Little Rock Air Force Base
Development Al?ea, except the West 120 Feet, that lies South of
Nixon St. and North of Parrish Stl?eet.
The above described property is hereby l1ezoned from R-3 to C-3.
(General Location: Part of Plot 5, Air Force Base Main Gate
Development Area lying South of Nixon Street and North of Panl?ish
St:rreet.)
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
