ORDINANCE NO. 910 (#11 - 89)
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPE~TY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS; (GENERAL LOCATION: FOUR ACRES NORTH OF FIRST ELECTRIC
COOPERATIVE ON NORTH FIRST STREET) i AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER
213 AND NUMBER 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION l~ The zone classification of the following pro-
perty be and hereby is changed as indicated:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
4 Acres, more or less, situated in the Northeast
part of the SEV4 of the NEV4 of Section 19, Township
3 North, Range 10 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 330 feet South of the Northeast
Corner of said SEV4 of NEV4 of said Section; thence West
530 feeti thence South 330 feet; thence East 530 feet;
thence North 330 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-l to C-l.
(General Location: Four acres north of First Electric
Cooperative on North First Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas.)
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map,
should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in
Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
