AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS
(GENERAL LOCATION: 1412 STANPHILL ROAD, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS); AMENDING
ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF tHE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSESe

BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and hereby is changed
as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of the SE 1/4 of Section 29, Township 3 North, Range 10 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of
the SE 1/4 of Section 29; tnence West along South line of said quarter section 666.0
feet; thence North 854.7 feet; thence North 88 degrees West, 829.0 feet to the East
right-of-way line of Stanphill Road; thence North 1 degree East 83.5 feet to the point
of beginning; thence N 1 degree East, 90.1 feet; thence South 79 degrees East,
150.0 feet; thence South, 25.0 feet; thence South 83 degrees East 35.0 feet; thence
1 degree West, 60.3 feet; thence North 88 degrees West 185.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
The above described property is hereby rezoned from R-3 to R-4, as specified on the
attached plot plan. (General Location: 1412 Stanphill Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated as the official zoning map
and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
