AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERI f IN THE Cllt OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: 1901 OLD MILITARY
ROAD, JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS); AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS
213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CII f OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE 11 ORDAINED AND ENAL I ED BY THE ell Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: Tle zone classification of the fo owing property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Beginning at a Joint 390.0 feet East of the Northwest corner of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 33, which is in the center of Military;
thence East along the North line of said Quarter Section a distance of
318.0 feet; thence South a distance of 270.0 feet; thence West a
distance of 318.0 feet; thence North a distance of 270.0 feet to the
point of beginning and containing 1.97 acres more or less (or 1.75
acres excluding tlat portion of Mi itary Road).

C-3, as specified on the attached plot plan. (General Location: 1901 Old Military
Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION I WO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238, and
designated as the official zoning map and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conf ict.
