NO":r, THEREFOR~ BE J I ORDAINED BY THE CII Y COUNCIL OF THE CI I " OF JACKSONVILLt, ARKANSAS: ~, SECTION ONE: In accordance with ACA gl4-56-2Q1 eta al. and Jacksonvi e .Mu~icipa Code 98.28.010 et. seq., tle above l11entioned structures and real Jropertles listed a Jove and located at the property address stated above are here JY declared to each constitute a separate nuisance to the healt 1 and safety of the citizens of Jacksonville and are hereby condemned. The City Council hereby directs the Code Enforcement Office to provide notice to the property owners and all other interested parties (as stated above) that, if said structures ana real property are not repaired and/or the health and safety hazards removed from said structures, Jringing them back into compliance with the provisions of Jacksonvie Municipal Code, within thirty (30) days from the date of passage of the Ordinance, t"le structures and improvements on said real prope~ cited above will be cleared and razed. All structures and nuisances shall be removed so as to eiminate any 'leath or safety hazards to the genera: pubic, and the cost for doing so shall be assessed against the owner(s) of said property. SECTION FOUR: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby re Jealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION FIVE: Because the passage of this Ordinance is necessary for Jubic health, peace, and safety of tle citizens of Jacksonville, an emergency is hereby declared.
