WEBB, FORMER CITY ALDERMAN: CITY TREASURER: MEMBER OF li kk POLICE PENSION BOARD 1:4 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas notes with sadness the sudden death on December 27, 1975 of Noel E. Webb, a former City Alderman from 1955 to 1958; City Treasurer from March, 1973 through 1974, and was serving as a board member of the Policemen's Pension Board; and 1f WHEREAS; ARKANSAS, PULASKI COUNTY, and JACKSONVIT.i itself are the poorer for the passing of Mr. Webb and the loss of his personal leadership. He lives, however, as an inspiration of all those who shared his views; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, therefore, oame orates his memory and extends _ III to his widow and his family the personal condolences of the members of the City Council and the citizens of this community and direct that copies of this Resolution be delivered to the family of Mr. Webb and inscribed in the c minutes of the City Council meeting on this 15th day r! of January, 1976.
