1475 ORDINANCE NO, 1475(#6-13)
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: 620 SOUTH FIRST STREET); AMENDING
ORDINANCE NOS, 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE,ARKANSAS;AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT.
SECTION ONE, The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30,Township 3 North, range 10 West, Beginning at
the Southwest corner of Lot 4, West Jacksonville Subdivision #1, Thence South Westerly
along Hwy. 161 a distance of 190 feet to Dupree Drive, Thence North 239.4 feet, Thence
North 65 degrees East 60 feet, Thence South 29 degrees East 154 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing .65 acres, more or less.
Property a/k/a 620 South First Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076
Pulaski County Parcel No. 1230800001400
Said property is hereby rezoned from classification C-2 to C-3. (General Location: 620 South
First Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas)
SECTION TWO. The map referred to in Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and designated as the official
Zoning Map and Land Use Map, should be hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE, All Ordinances and Resolutions or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage
and publication, as provided by and subject to the requirements of applicable law.
