cussion. Motion made by Pace, second ed by Reynolds that the Planning
Commission accept the plat as submitted with no Bill of Assurance sub-
mitted with plat. Motion passed unanimously.

6. Reynolds moved to name Road connecting Graham Ftoad to Mili-
tary Road (now blacktop ) east of Jacksonville, "Eastern Ave."
MINUTES OF MEETING--June 5, 1958
The Comrn.ission, with the folowing manbers present: T. P. Wh itE, Web,
Bob Pace, Roy Hackett & Dr. Reynolds, recommends to the City Council
that the building being used as Jacksonville Plumbing Company Shop be
condemned since building is being abandoned by present renter, and
that building be removed from premises, and that any other building
in same category be condemened in future, if abandoned. Motion by Pace,
Second by Hackett. Passed.
lVlotion made by Webb that permit be issued to construct duplex on
Harpole property, Hickory and Jones Streets, provided 15 foot side lot
clearance is allowed, and that building being moved in, be located as

nearly as possible in line with existing residence. That building is
to be reconstructed in accordance with construction practices in
neighborhood and be ma de a part of existing structure. Motion
seconded by Little. All voted in favor.

Bowen, City Engineer, guest. Held at Lindsey's Cafe, 1201 P.M, onS?.t.
Discussion on proposal by North Little Rock Planning Commission
to Jacksonville Planning Commission to establish five (5) mile limit
zoning oridinance boundary , lines between the t\vO towns. Motion made
by Reynolds that we accept, seconded by Little; propsed lines as
shown on map, with exceptions as changes made on map by Fred Bowen.
Passed Unanimously.
