AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS (1315 LEE MAC DRIVE); AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 213 AND 238 AND
THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and hereby is
changed as indicated below:
A piece of property located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 3
North, Range 10 West, in the City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a PK nail with shiner being located at the Northeast corner
of the Southeast 1/4, Section 29, Township 3 North, Range 10 West, thence
West a distance of 77.62 feet; thence South a distance of 1,567.41 feet to
the Point of Beginning; thence S02°27'22"W a distance of 25.21 feet;
thence N87°31'01"W a distance of 141.88 feet; thence S01°42'15"W a
distance of 144.41 feet; thence N88°20' 12"W a distance of 43.23 feet;
thence S01 °39'29"W a distance of 256.45 feet; thence N88°54' 16"W a
distance of 454.27 feet; thence NO2°39'42"E a distance of 291.29 feet;
thence NO3°09'43" E a distance of 141.21 feet; thence S87°59'06"E a
distance of 631.02 feet to the point of beginning, having an area of 4.68
acres, more or less.
Also known as 1315 Lee Mac Drive, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076.
Said real property is hereby rezoned from Zoning Classification R-7 to R-8.
SECTION TWO: The map referred in Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and designated as the official Zoning and
Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
and designate the changes provided for herein.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances and Resolutions or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
