1807ORDINANCE NO. 1807 (#02- 2026)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2025 FISCAL BUDGET; MAKING MODIFIED
APPROPRIATIONS AND AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR OPERATION OF
STREET AND SANITATION DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE; AND,
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS°
SECTION ONE: The Budget for operation of the 2025 Street Fund of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, shall be amended as follows:
Estimated 'Revenue Funds Available for the
2025 Street Fund: $ 4,585,483.00
Amended Budgeted Disbursements for 2025 $ 2,341,420.00
SECTION TWO: The Budget for operation of the 2025 Sanitation Fund of the
City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, shall be as follows:
Estimated Revenue Funds Available for the
2025 Sanitation Fund: $ 2,371,189.00
Budgeted Disbursements for 2025: $ 2,288,262.00
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of said conflict.
