1804ORDINANCE NO. 1804 (#33 - 2025)
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS (2013 AND 2019 HAMILTON STREET); AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 213
AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS;
AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following properties be and hereby is
changed as indicated below:
2013 Hamilton Street
Part of the W1/2 of the SEI/4 of Section 17, T -3-N, R -10-W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the NE corner of the W1/2 of SE 1/4 of Section 17, T-
3 -N, R -10-W; thence South 1238 feet to the point of beginning;
thence West 492 feet; thence South 41/4 degrees West 88 feet; thence
East 500 feet; thence North 88, feet to the point of beginning, now in
the City of Jacksonville: Being also known as Lot 9, Block 5,
Unrecorded Plat of Barnes Subdivision.
2019 Hamilton Street
The West 200 feet of the following described property: Part of the
West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 17, Township 3 North, Range
10 West, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Commence at the Northeast corner of said West 1/2
Southeast 1/4; thence South 1150 feet to the point of beginning;
thence West 484 feet; thence. South 4 degrees 15 minutes West 88
feet; thence East 492 feet; thence North 88 feet to the point of
beginning (being also known as Lot 8, Block 5, unrecorded plat of
Barnes Subdivision of part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4,
Section 17, Township 3 North; Range 10 West, in Pulaski County,
Arkansas).
Said real properties are hereby rezoned from Zoning Classification R-6 to R-3.
SECTION TWO: The map referred in Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
:sonville, Arkansas, as amended by.Ordinance No. 238 and designated as the official Zoning and
1 Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect
designate the changes provided for herein.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances and Resolutions or parts thereof in conflict
th are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
