VARIANCE REQUEST(S): Rear Yard Setback Variance 103 Joiner Street Petitioner: Central AR Home Builders, LLC Representative: Tucker Land Surveying 2-3 ADJOURNMENT MINUTES: BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT REGULAR MEETING DATE AND TIME: August 11, 2025 6:00 p.m. – 6:02 p.m. ATTENDANCE: Commissioners: Hall, Brittenum, Twitty, and Chairman Oakley were present. ______________________________________________________________________ City Clerk Davitt recorded those listed above in attendance and Chairman Oakley declared a quorum. APPROVAL AND/OR CORRECTION OF MINUTES: Commissioner Brittenum moved, seconded by Commissioner Twitty to approve the regular meeting minutes of July 14, 2025. MOTION CARRIED. VARIANCE(S): Rear Yard Setback Variance 103 Joiner Street The public hearing opened at approximately 6:01 p.m. City Engineer Adam Whitlow confirmed there were no phone calls received for or against this request. The public hearing closed at approximately 6:02 p.m. Commissioner Hall moved, seconded by Commissioner Brittenum to approve a 20’ rear yard setback at 103 Joiner Street. MOTION CARRIED.
