RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERIC TO EXECUTE DEED r. ,

ADDITIONS JACKSONVIJJF, ARKANSAS TO WILLIAM L. CHAMBERS AND
JAMES W. DURHAM
,-WHEREAS, the di.ty Council of the City of Jacksonville,
Arkansas, determined that it was to the best interest of
- the citizens of the City of Jacksonville. Arkansas, that
the hereinafter described real property be sold to the ,,
highest bidder after advertisement for bids; and
WHEREAS, notice of intention t recieve sealed bids for
aaid'property was published in a newspaper of general circu—
• lation in the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, for the time
required by law ;. and •
WHEREAS, upon the date set for the opening of such bids,

it was determined that William L. Chambers and James W. Durham

the high offer for said property; said bid being the sum of
`' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COCNCIL OF THE
F' u CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, does hereby authorize the rl
Mayor of said city to execute a Warrany Deed transferring
title to the said William L. Chambers and James W. Durham
upon receipt of the total bid price of $
; and that said City Council does
further authorize the City Clerk of said City or Jacksonville
Arkansas to affix the seal of said city upon said Deed and to
affix her signature thereto.
