RESOLUTION
No. -401/- 3
WHEREAS it was agreed that a suitable Resolution be prepared
expressing commendation and appreciation for the untiring and
valuable service rendered to the City of Jacksonville by
Mr. W. A. "Bill!' Moore
who is voluntarily retiring as Alderman of the City Council
and that the City Clerk be authorized to spread a copy of
such Resolution upon the official records of the City of Jackso lle,
that a copy thereof be suitably engrossed and presented to Mr. Mo re,
and
WHEREAS Mr. Moore served as a member of the City Council for
five years, giving generously of his time and efforts, unselfis
in all deliberations, and in a dignified, faithful, impartial
business -like manner, now
THEREFORE, Be It Resolved, that the City of Jacksonville extend
to Mr. Moore its humble expression of esteem for him in serving he
City faithfully and well, and its beat wishes for good health,
success, and prosperity for many years to come.
