VARIANCE(S): Sign Package Variance at 7612 T.P. White Drive Chairman Brittenum opened the public hearing at approximately 6:36 p.m. Petitioner Nicole Tidmore of Little Rock Conway Sign Company presented the corporate sign package for Nationwide Trailers of Houston, Texas, explaining that the sign package was manufactured according to their corporate specifications but met the sign permitting requirements for the City of Cabot because they were relocating from Cabot to 7612 T.P. White Drive and originally thought they were still inside the city limits of Cabot. She related that previously they were known as Trailer Country of Cabot when they were located in Cabot. She stated that they are in Jacksonville even though the property has a Cabot address, which was the confusion when they found out that they would have to permit their signs from the City of Jacksonville. It was noted that the building is 5,000 square feet and the total signage is 459 square feet and is located on highway frontage property. She concluded saying that they were unaware of the signage requirements for the City of Jacksonville but are now requesting a corporate sign package variance to allow the signage to be installed that has already been manufactured and delivered to their facility. Commissioner Ruple moved, seconded by Commissioner Brown to approve the corporate sign package variance as requested for Nationwide Trailers of Houston, Texas at 7612 T.P. White Drive. MOTION CARRIED. Chairman Brittenum closed the public hearing at approximately 6:46 p.m. ADJOURNMENT: Without objection, Chairman Brittenum adjourned the meeting at approximately 6:46 p.m. MOTION CARRIED.
