MINUTES: BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT SPECIAL CALLED MEETING
DATE AND TIME: October 10, 2012 4:00 p.m. – 4:02 p.m.
ATTENDANCE: Commissioners: Jim Moore, Jim Peacock, Jr.,
and Chairman Ott were present.

City Clerk Susan Davitt recorded those listed above in attendance and Chairman Ott declared a quorum.
VARIANCE(S): SIGN PACKAGE VARIANCE 600 Wes Main Street First Arkansas Bank & Trust
Chairman Ott opened the public hearing at approximately 4:00 p.m.
Mr. Roger Sundermeier was present to represent the request for a sign package variance on behalf of First Arkansas Bank & Trust.
Commissioner Moore moved, seconded by Commissioner Peacock to approve the sign package at 600 West Main Street for First Arkansas Bank and Trust.
MOTION CARRIED.
Chairman Ott closed the public hearing at approximately 4:02 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT:
Without objection, Chairman Ott adjourned the meeting at approximately 4:02 p.m. MOTION CARRIED.
