MINUTES: BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT REGULAR MEETING
DATE AND TIME: March 12, 2007 6:30 p.m. – 6:33 p.m.
ATTENDANCE: Commissioners: Bart Gray, Jr., Mark Perry, Glen Keaton, Chairman Brannen, and Representing Engineer Whisker were present

City Clerk Susan Davitt recorded those listed above in attendance and Chairman Brannen declared a quorum.
APPROVAL AND/OR CORRECTION OF MINUTES: Commissioner Perry moved, seconded by Commissioner Gray to approve the minutes of the regularly scheduled Board of Adjustment meeting of February
12, 2007 as presented. MOTION CARRIED.
VARIANCE(S): a. Front Yard Setback Variance 913 Lessel Drive
An excerpt of the State Statute § 14-56-416, Zoning ordinance statutes was distributed prior to the beginning of the meeting as requested by Commissioner Stroud, who could not be present
at the meeting.
Chairman Brannen opened the public hearing at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Commissioner Gray moved, seconded by Commissioner Perry to remove the item of business from being tabled at the February 12, 2007 regular Board of Adjustment meeting. MOTION CARRIED.
Chairman Brannen noted the Mr. Swift had submitted letters from six neighbors who had expressed that they do not have any objections to the proposed front addition to the home located
at 913 Lessel Drive. It was pointed out that the item was discussed at great length at the February 12, 2007 Board of Adjustment meeting.
Commissioner Gray moved, seconded by Commissioner Keaton to approve the variance for 913 Lessel Drive as requested. MOTION CARRIED.
Chairman Brannen closed the public hearing at approximately 6:32 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT:
Without objection, Chairman Brannen adjourned the meeting at approximately 6:33 p.m. MOTION CARRIED.
