City Clerk Susan Davitt recorded those listed above in atten dance and Chairman Gray declared a quorum.
APPROVAL AND/OR CORRECTION OF MINUTES:
Commissioner Hardwick moved, seconded by Commissioner Boyd to approve the Regularly Scheduled Meeting minutes of the January 8, 2001 as presented. MOTION CARRIED.
Chairman Perry opened the public hearing at approximately 6:32 p.m. and introduced the item of business.
Mr. Jay Hudson related that he desired to re-construct an accessory building on the remaining slab and post. He related that he would relocate one door for connivance purposes.
It was noted that everyone in audience attendance supported the variance.
Chairman Perry closed the public hearing at approximately 6:33 p.m.
Commissioner Lester moved, seconded by Commissioner Boyd to approve the maximum square footage variance for 608 North First Street. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT:
Chairman Perry adjourned the meeting at approximately 6:34 p.m. MOTION CARRIED.
