Rudy Reid, Commissioners B.J. Boroughs and
Larry Baldwin / City Engineer Duane Reel
represented the City of Jacksonville.
PETITIONERS: Mr. Thomas Maher
Variance requested: Side Yard Setback Variance of 10'

Deputy City Clerk Susan L. Davitt recorded those listed above in atten dance and Chairman Brannen declared a quorum.
APPROVAL AND/OR CORRECTION OF MINUTES:
Commissioner Baldwin moved, seconded by Commissioner Reid that the minutes of the Board of Adjustment Meeting of May 22, 1996 be APPROVED. MOTION CARRIED.
VARIANCE REQUEST: 216 Northeastern
Chairman Brannen addressed the variance as related to the Jacksonville Municipal Code and read from page 266 which stated that with regard to a corner side yard setback the minimum is
25 foot.
Commissioner Baldwin and Boroughs stated that they had viewed the property and questioned his intention regarding the existing privacy fence.
Mr. Maher explained his reason for placing the proposed garage facing instead of Northeastern.
Commissioner Baldwin moved, seconded by Reid to approve the 10-foot variance for the requested side yard setback. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT:
Chairman Brannen adjourned the meeting at approximately 4:15 p.m.
