PETITIONER: Mr. Martin Taylor, 910 Foxwood Drive
Variance requested: Waiver for front yard setback to 30 ft.
Violation of Chapter 18.68.050 of the
Jacksonville Municipal Code Book.

City Clerk Lula M. Leonard recorded those listed above in atten dance. Acting Chairman Brannen declared a quorum was present.
APPROVAL AND/OR CORRECTION OF MINUTES:
Commissioner Reid moved, seconded by Commissioner Jack Patton that the minutes of the Board of Adjustment Meeting of July 12, 1995 be APPROVED. MOTION CARRIED.
Acting Chairman Brannen introduced the item of business and invited the petitioner for input regarding the request.
Mr. Taylor submitted a petition, in accord with a Bill of Assurance, signed by at least 51% of the property owners of Foxwood Subdivision.
City Engineer Duane Reel verified that the signed document was valid and stated that he saw no problem with the request as related to the thirty-foot setback.
There was no verbal or written opposition to the request.
Commissioner Larry Baldwin moved, seconded by Commissioner Patton that the variance request for a thirty (30) foot setback at 910 Foxwood Drive be granted. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT:
Commissioner Brannen adjourned the meeting at approximately 4:25 p.m.
