PUBLIC FONDS APE. EXPENDED.
HE IT RESOLVED,:
That all Contraots or purchases exceeding $500.00. by any and all City
Departments be completed only after sealed bide, opened publicly, are attained from three
or more competent contractors. All Department Reads are hereby instructed to comply.
