RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE WATERWORKS AmD SEWER COMMITTEE TO EXECUTE A WATER
AND SEWAGE SERVICE CONTRACT MR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Jacksonville, Arkansas,
in legal and regular special session convened, that the chairman of the Waterworks and Sewer
Committee be and he is hereby authorized to execute Water and Sewage Service Contract No.
DA- 03- 050 -3ng -2650 with the United Stated of America for the furnishing of water and sewn ;e
service to the Projeot Engineer's Office, Corps of Engineers, Little Rook Air Force Base.
Little Rook, Arkansas.
BE IT FURTH ^R RESOLVED that the monthly charge for such water and sewage service shall
be at the following rates.
Water Service - $5.78 per month
Sewage Service - $1.00 per month
until such tine as said rates are changed by proper resolution or ordinance of this body.
