AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: 116 DENNIS LANE);
AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238AND THE LAND USE MAP
OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,ARKANSAS;AND,FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED A N D ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE,ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 31, T-3-N, R-10-W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence East, 587
feet; thence South 30° E, 728 feet to the Point of Beginning; then South 30°
East, 81 feet; thence South 40° 50' West, 97.8 feet; thence North 35° 38'
West, 89.1 feet; thence North 45° 25' East, 80.9 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 0.17 acres, more or less.
AND
Part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 31, T-3-N, R-10-W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 31, T-3-N,
R-10-W; thence East, 587 feet; thence South 30° East, 809 feet; thence South
40° 50' West, 97.8 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 40° 50' West,
24 feet; thence North 35° 38' West, 89.1 feet; thence North 45° 26' East, 48
feet; thence Southerly to the Point of Beginning. Containing 0.07 acres, more
or less.

Said property is hereby rezoned from classification R-1 to R-5. (General Location:
116 Dennis Lane, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and
designated as the official Zoning Map and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and publication, as provided by and subject to the requirements of
applicable law.
