1633ORDINANCE NO. 1633 (#07-2020)
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND VACATING A PORTION OF SWIFT AND SIG
SAUER DRIVES; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The City of Jacksonville hereby releases, vacates and abandons all of
its right, together with all the general rights of the public, in and to the streets designated as Swift
Drive and Sig Sauer Drive being more particularly described as that portion of Swift Drive north
of CMC Industrial Subdivision, Lot 1 and that portion of Sig Sauer Drive west of the above
described lot extending north to the southeast corner of Lot 1 Pulaski Industrial Park.
SECTION TWO: A certified copy of this Ordinance shall be filed in the office of the
Pulaski County Clerk, real estate section.
SECTION THREE: Ordinances for the vacating of streets are not subject to emergency
legislation; this ordinance shall take effect from and after it passage and approval.
