AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: T.P. WHITE DRIVE, JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS); AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE
MAP OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY;
AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT'
SECTION ONE; The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Legal Description:
Part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of
Section 9, Township 3 North, Range 10 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the
Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 9, T -3-N, R -10-W; thence N 881 47'
30" W, 682.33 feet to the East right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 67-167;
thence along said right-of-way line on a 10 curve to the right 1420.6 feet
(chord bearing and distance North 120 38' 11" E, 1419.42 feet); thence
North 890 45'06" E, 371.38 feet; thence South 00 0'42" E, 1401.04 feet to
the Point of Beginning; containing 15.91 acres more or less.

Said real property is hereby rezoned from Zoning Classification R-1 to C-4.
SECTION TWO; The map referred in Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and designated as the official
Zoning and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for herein.
SECTION THREE; All Ordinances and Resolutions or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR; To satisfy the operational schedule for the parties
involved with this property, it is necessary for the public welfare, health, and safety to
declare an emergency. Therefore, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and
after its date of passage.
