_.. AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND MODIFY JACKSONVILLE MUNICIPAL
CODE § 250,050 (HEALTH AND SAFETY MANUAL); AND, FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance Nos. 994 and 1064, the Jacksonville City Council
designated specific policies and procedures for the health and safety of City
employees entitled the City of Jacksonville Employee Health and Safety Manual;
and,
WHEREAS, because of the need for updated policies and procedures for
employee health and safety purposes, the City Council deems it appropriate to
revise the City's designated policies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFJACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: Jacksonville Municipal Code § 2.50.050 is hereby
amended and modified to provide the following:
- -- The City of Jacksonville Employee Health and Safety Manual shall be amended and
modified to include and incorporate all of the additions, amendments, deletions, and
modifications contained in all provisions of the attached EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND
SAFETY MANUAL.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after
its date of passage.
