AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE FOUR HUNDRED BLOCK OF NORTH FIRST STREET); AMENDING
ORDINANCE NUMBERS 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE
CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE: The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Property Description:
Parcels:
A) Lot 2, Block 4, Harpole Addition to the City of Jacksonville, Pulaski
County, Arkansas;
B) Lot 1, Block 1, N. E. and Harry Harpole Addition to the City of
Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
C) Lot 1, Block 4, Harpole Addition to the City of Jacksonville Pulaski
County, Arkansas;
D) Lot 2, Block 1, N.E. and Harry Harpole Addition to the City of
Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas; and,
E) Lot 3, Block 4, Harpole Addition to the City of Jacksonville, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
The above described properties are is hereby rezoned from classifications C -1 and
R1 to R -3 . (General Location: Property located in the 400 Block of North First
Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas).
SECTION TWO: The map referred to in Section No. 601 of Ordinance No.
213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and
designated as the official Zoning Map and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section One hereof.
SECTION THREE: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
passage and publication, as provided by and subject to the requirements of
applicable law.
