076400003 3 RESOLUTION NO. 764 (#01— 20.8) A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND GRANTING A UTHORIZA TION TO MAYOR FLETCHER AND OTHER OFFICIALS FOR THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN (GENER4L LOCATION. .1501 WEST MAIN, JACKSONVILLE; ARIMNSAS); AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES WHEREAS, the real property described herein is owned and maintained by the City of Jacksonville; and, WHEREAS, after consideration and negotiation, it is in the best interests that the City transfer Two (2) adjacent borders of said property for construction on the adjoining property for commercial purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFJACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THA T.' SECTION ONE.- The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, are hereby authorized to execute any and all transfer documents for the real properties described. herein. The City Council recognizes and. agrees that doing so will, hopefully, benefit both the City with improved traffic flow and citizens who will patronize the business. to be located thereon.
