AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN
THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NOS. 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES (g,g Acres /Bellvue Subdivision)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSON-
VILLE, ARKANSAS THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Part of the East Half of the East Half of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 3
North, Range 10 West, Jacksonville, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of the East
Half of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 20, Township 3 North, Range 10 West;
thence South 1 degree 25 minutes West, 528.1 feet to
the point of beginning; thence North 50 degrees
05 minutes West, 185 feet; thence North 56 degrees
04 minutes West, 138.6 feet; thence North 88
degrees 32 minutes West 390.0 feet; thence South
1 degree 54 minutes 30 seconds West 730.0 feet;
thence South 88 °05 minutes 30 Seconds East 140.0
feet; thence North 60 degrees 57 minutes 44 seconds
East 101.7 feet; thence South 88 degrees 32
minutes East 430 feet; thence North 01 degrees
25 minutes East 490.0 feet to the point of
beginning: containing 9.9 acres, more or less.

SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of the
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended
by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning map, should
be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such con-
flict.
SECTION 4: This ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health, safety, welfare and morale of
the citizens of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall have full force
and effect immediately after its passage.
