AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 472 OF
1978; DECLARING AN EMERGqICY AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES. ( c 4( - GRAHAM ROAD AREA) ' �
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, that:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance Number 472 of 1978, be and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
1. That the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to ex-
ecute an easement deed to the following described property:
West Half of Northwest Quarter, Section 27,
Township 3 North, Range 10 West, Lonoke
County, Arkansas,
to Texas Eastern Pipeline Company for the sum of One Thousand
One Hundred Twenty Five and 74/100 ($1,125.74) Dollars.
That the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to ex-
ecute an easement deed to the following described property:
South 10 acres of East Half of Northeast Quar-
ter, Section 28, Township 3 North, Range 10
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
to Texas Eastern Pipeline Company for the sum of Two Hundred
Sixty -four and 88/100 ($264.88) Dollars.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances inconsistent with the
provisions of this ordinance shall be, and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance being necessary for the imme-
daite preservation of the public health, safety, welfare and
morale of the citizens of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and the above Ordi-
nance shall be in full force and effect immediately after its
passage.
