0427 ORDINANCE NO. -; 7
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.84.050B OF THE JACKSONVILLE
MUNICIPAL CODE; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACK-
SONVILLE, ARKANSAS, that:
Section 1. Section 18.84.050B of the Jacksonville Muncipal Code
is amended to read as follows:
"In the thirty -five and forty -five foot height districts,
buildings may be erected to a height not exceeding one hundred
twenty feet when the front, side and rear yards are increased an
additional foot for each foot such buildings exceed thirty -five and
forty -five feet respectively in height."
Section 2. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate pre -
servation of the public health, safety, welfare and morale of the citizens
of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance shall have full force and effect immediately
after its passage.
