ORDINANCE NO. .:
AN ORDINANCE SPECIFYING A PRIVILEGE TAX FOR INSTRUCTORS
AND PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, That:
Section 1. Section 10 of Ordinance No. 325 and Section 5.04. 100
of the Municipal Code is amended by adding the following privilege tax
classification, to -wit:
"Instructor $25.00"
Section 2. This privilege tax classification shall be effective retro-
active to January 1, 1976, and shall take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
