" Deer Sirs:
'Ike Jacksonville High School Biology Club wishes to respeotfally
withdraw its proposal for the development of a bicentennial park
at the site of the old jailhouse.
This proposal was presented to the Council several months ago, but
no definite action has to date been taken. Action has been delayed
so long that successful completion of the project would now be
impossible.
Sincerely,
JACKSONVILLE HIGH SCHOOL BIOLOGY CLUB
