ORDINANCE NO. W
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 58 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACK-
SONVILLE, ARKANSAS, that:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 58 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 58 is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons be-
ing minors under the laws of the State of Arkansas to loiter, collect or appear
in any public place in the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, between the hours
of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless accompanied by a parent or legal
guardian."
SECTION 3. For the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health and safety an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
take effect immediately after its passage and approval.
