AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION. 308 & 312 VALENTINE ROAD); AMENDING
ORDINANCE NOS, 213 AND 238 AND THE LAND USE MAP OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND, FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THA T.•
SECTION ONE. The zone classification of the following property be and
hereby is changed as indicated below:
Legal Description
Tract One: 312 E. Valentine Road
Part of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 6, T -2-N, R -10-W, now in the City of Jacksonville,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW Corner of said Section 6; thence run South a distance of 894' along
the West line of said NW 1/4 to a point on the South Right of Way line of Valentine Road;
thence North 87032' East along said Right of Way a distance of 265' to the Point of
Beginning; thence run South 200'; thence East 60'; thence North 200'; thence West 60' to
the Point of Beginning. Containing 0.28 acres, more or less.
Tract Two: 308 E. Valentine Road
Part of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 6, T -2-N, R -10-W, now in the City of Jacksonville,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of said NW1/4 thence South along the West line thereof 894'
to a point 30' South of the centerline of Valentine Road; thence East along the South line of
Valentine Road 205' to the Point of Beginning; thence East 60'; thence South 200'; thence
West 60'; thence North 200 to the Point of Beginning. Containing 0.28 acres, more or less.

Said real property is hereby rezoned from Zoning Classification R-0 to R-6.
SECTION TWO: The map referred in Ordinance No. 213 of the City of
Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance No. 238 and designated as the official
Zoning and Land Use Map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for herein.
SECTION THREE,- All Ordinances and Resolutions or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION FOUR: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its date of passage, as subject to and mandated by applicable law.
