0117 ORDINANCE NUMBER ) I 1 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR TO YEAR OF 1961; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE OPERATIONS OF THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR AN EMERGENCY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAB4Ii) AND ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1.
