AN ORDINANCE OF TBE CTTY O" JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS.
PROVIDING FM TIE TYPE OF INCIANATCR FOE TRASH
BURNING AND FOR MICR PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to burn or cause to be
burned, out of doors, any hay, straw, shavings, paper, leaves, trash, or any combusti-
ble material on any occupied or unoccupied lot within the City of Jacksonville, except
in wire baskets of nct one fourth inch mesh, rook, brick, or metal incinerators
With a proper cover. No incinerators shall be hosted within 10 font of eny building
or combustible material.
SECTION 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall bo tt •ca
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall bo find in any sum not less than thiL4WaLd_ 1h ..
Twenty Five Dollars nor more than One Hundred Dollars. o�����,��
SECTION 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in oonfliot herewith are hereby `91�Cty, cel �Q 711
repealed, and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
