TEE CITY OF JA.CFSCnIIJ,E, ARKANSAS, FCR TTE TAXABLE YEAR
OF 1556.
SECTION 1. That a tax or five (5) mills on the dollar is hereby levied by the City Council of
the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, which is Por the taxable year of 1956.
SECTION 2. That a certified Dopy of this Ordinance be delivered by the City Recorder to the
County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, whose duty it shall be to extend said 'five (5)
mill tax against all Real and Personal Assessments made against property within the corporate
limits of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. That an emergency is declared to exist and that the public health, prosperity and
peace of mind will be served by paesa:;e of this Ordinance to be in full force and effect from
data of passage and approval.
