WHEREAS, a Petition to form Jacksonville Municipal Property Owners' Multi Jurpose Improvement District (Foxwood Estates Project) has been filed with the Jacksonville City Clerk; WHEREAS, as designated by State law, the City Clerk has presented the petition to the Mayor, and, tle Mayor has set July 7, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. as tle date and time for a learing Jefore t le Jac <sonvi e City Counci for consideration of t le Petition; WHEREAS, the Jacksonville City Council las determined from an abstractor's certificate of property ownership that those signing the Petition constitute all the owners of the real property to be located in said District; and, WHEREAS, after SUCl actions and determinations, State aw a ows tlat tle City Council esta J is 1 anc designate t le District as defined in the Petition and to a Jpoint the commissioners as requested and as named in the Petition filed herein.
