WHEREAS, the purpose of this Ordinance is to call
special election on the question of t rescission of a f
(5) mill assessment on real and personal property' t
levy of said Sales and Use Tax;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY 1L
THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION ONE: There 18 r all a ecial Election,
