MUnicipal Code of Ja ksonville is amended to read as follows:

AN ORDINANCE MENDING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING PERMITS
AMENDING ORDI NCE 154 AND SECTION 17.36.020
CODE OF JACKSO ~ILLE\ AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
Sections:
17.36.020 Buildings
The building inspec or shall not issue b ilding permits for
any structure on any lot i a subdivision for which the plat has
not been approved and recor ed in the manner rescribed herein
and further unless said buiI ing to be cons ructed fronts upon a
lot on a street shown on an proved land bdivision plat or a
street legally established by the city or n a fOLwerly existing
public street. Provided, the rovisions f this section shall
not apply to commercial or mult.-family tructures to be built
upon unplatted property, but aIr other .rovisions of this code
shall apply to such structures.
