AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: NORTHEASTERN AVENUE/
BELLEVUE SUBDIVISION); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND 238
OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE,
ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone calssification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
Part of the East One-Half (E~) of the East One-Half (E\)
of the Southwest Quarter (SE%) of Section 20, Township 3
North, Range 10 West, Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows: Commencing
at the Southeast corner of the E~ of the SE% of Section
20, T-3-N, R-10-W; thence N 01 degrees 31 minutes 24
seconds E, 396.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence
N 89 degrees 53 minutes 51 seconds W, 658.46 feet; thence
N 01 degrees 30 minutes 52 seconds E, 2273.07 feet; thence
N 89 degrees 53 minutes 47 seconds E, 658.88 feet to the
northeast corner of the E\ of the E~ of the SE% of said
Section 20; thence S 01 degrees 31 minutes 24 seconds W,
1177.0 feet; thence N 88 degrees 29 minutes 12 seconds W,
330.04 feet; thence S 01 degress 32 minutes 17 seconds W,
504.79 feet; thence S 88 degrees 27 minutes 01 seconds E,
330.17 feet; thence S 01 degrees 31 minutes 24 seconds W,
593.46 feet to the point of beginning: containing 30.55
acres, more or less.
The above property is hereby rezoned from R-1 and R-1A to
R-3. (General location: Bellevue Subdivision, North-
eastern Avenue area)
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance Number 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning
map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided
for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such
conflict.
