AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: MARION
AND SOUTH BAILEY AREA); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND
238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
LAMBS Subdivision #2, Lot #16, City of Jacksonville,
County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas.
The above property is hereby rezoned from R-2 to C-3.
(General Location, Marion and So. Bailey area.)
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of
Ordinance No. 213 of the Cmty of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
amended by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning
map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
re~pects necessary to effect and designate the changes pro-
vided for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict kerewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any
such conflict.
