AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY
OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: SHANNON ROAD
AREA OF SOUUl'FI;'iJACKSONVILLE); AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER
213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSON-
VILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
Part of the NEt of the NEt of Section 1, Township 2
North, Range 11 West, in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at a point which is 25 feet West of and 25 feet South
of the NE corner of Section 1, Township 2 North,
Range 11 West; thence West 421 feet; thence South 100
feet; thence East 421 feet; thence 100 feet; to the
point of beginning.
The above property is hereby rezoned from R-O to C-3.
(General Location, Shannon Road area of Sou~h Jack-
sonville.)
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 6IDl of
Ordinance No. 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as
ame,nded by Ordinance No. 238, and designated official zoning
map, should be and hereby is amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to effect and designate the changes pro-
vided for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all orminances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby pepealedrto the extent of any
such conflict.
