AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF JACKSON-
VILLE, ARKANSAS (GENERAL LOCATION: SOUTH JACKSONVILLE, 8017 SOUTH
HIGHWAY 161) AMENDING ORDINANCES NUMBER 213 AND 238 OF THE CITY OF
JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS,
THAT:
SECTION 1: The zone classification of the following property be
and is hereby changed as indicated:
Starting at the southeast corner, SE~, SE~, Section 36, T3N,
RllW;. thence west along the south line of Section 36, 20.0 feet
to the point of beginning; thence continuing west along the
south line of Section 36, 563.2 feet to a point on the south
right-of-way of Highway 67-70; thence north 530 38' east along
the south right-of-way of Highway 67-70, 215.9 feet to a point;
thence along a curve to the left having a chord bearing and
distance of north 450 24' east, 280.5 feet to a point; thence
continue along the south right-of-way of Highway 67-70 north
360 52' east, 130.7 feet to a point; thence south 130 35' east,
448.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.57 acres
more or less. This is hereby rezoned from R-O to C-3. (General
location: 8017 South Highway 161; South Jacksonville.)
SECTION 2: That the map referred to in Section 601 of Ordinance
Number 213 of the City of Jacksonville, Arkansas, as amended by Ordinance
Number 238, and designated official zoning map, should be and hereby is
amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the changes provided for in Section 1, thereof.
SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
